While the nutrition guide is absolutely not mandatory nutrition still has a tremendous effect on our well being and quality of life. To make sure that you will always have healthy and absolutely delicious recipes at hand I created my vegan nutrition guide. The nutrition guide comes with a 100% individual vegan meal plan allowing you to always find a healthy meal suiting your individual needs. Eventually, you will decide for yourself whether you want to stick to your plan, cook only a few meals per week or completely roll on your own.
